  1. You can use a google docs template: “Powerlifting programs by Askold Surovetsky”.
  2. or Excel file.

The file contains the following programs:

  1. Squats and deadlift: PT-8 (8 weeks).
  2. Benchpress: base system #1 and system #2.

The programs have been tested for 3 years. It works. The other programs you can see on the Russian’s powerlifting forum (rus).
